I’d keep going with the numbering, but you get the point.

As for the home, itself… She (pronoun confirmed) was built in 1896, the style; Colonial Revival, 3 stories, 10+ foot (or is that feet, Chip?) ceilings, 8+ fireplaces (homes were cold back then), 9 huge bedrooms (spanning two levels), front and back staircases, just shy of 6,500 square feet (appraiser says it’s more!), ginormous (it's a word, I checked) basement, 4 full bathrooms (none of which are functional), at least 1 half bath (which is functional), hardwood everywhere!, mahogany pocket doors!, non-mahogany pocket doors, a bunch of knob-&-tube wiring and intricate woodwork & built-ins (like you’d expect for a 125 year old home). ALL, of which, needs to be brought up to 2023 standards; BUT, once you do it’ll be sweet!
As for location, for those of you whom may be looking from out of the area; you’ll be walking distance to the Septa Jenkintown train station, which will, pretty much, get you anywhere from Downtown Philly to connections to New York, Baltimore and DC! Routes 309 and 611 are minutes away, the PA Turnpike is under 4-miles away, Keswick Village is 1.4 miles and Chestnut Hill, with all its culture and eateries is 3.5 miles.
