We added a little garden and firepit space which really allows for lots of fun when hosting or just being outside relaxing. 7) It is really nice to have two doors that go out into the yard - The sliding doors and the basement. In the summer we usually just leave the sliding doors open to let the fresh air in and the dogs could go in and out. Also, I would hang the clothes out on the clothes line so it was nice to have the washer right there by the door in the basement. 8) The big kitchen sink is so helpful. One of my favorite things. Also, having the big sink downstairs was nice for messy projects. 9) We went on many, many walks around the neighborhood, caught up with neighbors and never felt unsafe. It really is the perfect location. The farm park and Elmwood Zoo is right around the corner too! 9) Its the perfect size and location. Easy to clean and maintain. It has so much character and the decent sized bedrooms. We'll be sad to leave - it a really great home!
